Manual Knee Mills MX-6HG
Purpose
The MX-6HG manual knee-type milling machine is equipped with a 5HP heavy-duty motor. The X worktable can move up to 1000mm. The bed guideway adopts a high-strength short double-sided structure, which meets the rigidity requirements of processing. The lubrication device uses a fully automatic electronic oil pump to precisely control the oil output. Manual knee-type milling machines are widely used in the processing of complex parts and mold parts.
Manufacturing Process
TAJANE turret milling machines are manufactured according to original Taiwanese drawings. The casting adopts the MiHanNa casting process and TH250 material, and is manufactured through natural aging, tempering heat treatment and precision cold processing.
