Purpose
The MX-8HG three-phase knee milling machine is a powerful milling machine, belonging to heavy-duty manual knee milling machines. It is equipped with a large-bore heavy-duty high-power 5-horsepower or 7-horsepower heavy-cutting milling head, with extra-large X, Y, Z axis travels. The table length is 1524 mm; the X-axis travel is 1200 mm. The X-axis and Y-axis adopt original Taiwanese ball screws, and the table load capacity reaches 950 kg. This three-phase knee milling machine has a wide range of applications, suitable for scenarios such as large mold part processing, precision complex part processing, and auto parts processing.
Manufacturing Process
TAJANE turret milling machines are manufactured according to original Taiwanese drawings. The casting adopts the MiHanNa casting process and TH250 material, and is manufactured through natural aging, tempering heat treatment and precision cold processing.
